If you’re into running or want a new summer challenge, register for 5 Peaks. The trail running company hosts events across Canada for all skill levels (there’s even a kids’ category).
I signed-up for the Whistler Blackcomb Race a couple summers ago, and had a blast. It was my first trail race, so the 10k felt more like 20, but the views…They definitely helped numb the pain. As did my Salomon XT wings – these trail running shoes are hands down the most comfortable shoes in the world.
